There's a good amount of cheese in the Quesarito with a combination of melted cheddar and nacho cheese. With all that cheddar in one place, it was pretty flavorful and gooey.

The quesadilla shell of the Quesarito is actually made of two differently sized flour tortillas. The one that ends up on the outside is bigger, while the second one is only about half the size of the first.
